    ※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
    ※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
    ※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
    ※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ According to local government policies, the reserved date may be designated as a holiday (temporary or national). In such cases, the original rate may no longer apply, and an additional payment based on the increased rate will be required, even after the reservation is confirmed.
    ※ If there are no available tee times, it indicates that the date＇s tee times are fully booked. However, you can inquire via 1:1 chat, and we will check and inform you of any additional available tee times.
    ※ For groups of less than four players, exclusive play cannot be guaranteed, and you may be joined by other players locally.
    ※ At Vietnam golf courses, caddie tips are required in addition to caddie fees.
    ※ Due to golf course policies and local circumstances, the reserved tee time may change or be adjusted earlier or later without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations for such changes are not allowed.
    ※ 2025 Course Maintenance Notice: Course conditions may deteriorate during and after the specified maintenance period, and schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
    ※ From January 2 to February 28, Hole 5 will be closed, and the alternate Hole 19 will be open.
    ※ March 17: Turf maintenance / Recovery period: 3-5 days.
    ※ March 11 - March 13: Green maintenance / Recovery period: 4-6 days.
    ※ March 26: Fairway & rough maintenance / Recovery period: 4-6 days.
    ※ July 7: Fairway & rough maintenance / Recovery period: 4-6 days.
    ※ July 27 - July 29: Green maintenance / Recovery period: 4-6 days.
    ※ ※ Discount period due to rough and surrounding area maintenance at the golf course: 2025/05/12 – 2025/06/30 (Play will proceed normally without any issues during this period)

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • How can I check available tee times for reservation?

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
