· Caddie fee (1 person per caddie) → Normally 1 caddie per person in Vietnam. During peak season (Dec-Mar), tournaments, or events, 1 caddie may serve 2 players. Refunds are not provided in these cases.
Non-included Services
・Caddie Tip → At Vietnamese golf courses, caddie tips ($15–$20 per golfer) are separate from the fee and paid directly in cash to the caddie.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.
Golf Course Essential Information
※ If there are no available tee times, it means they are fully booked for that date. However, you can inquire through 1:1 chat support, and we will check for additional tee times and guide you accordingly.※ This golf course requires reservations for at least three people on weekends and holidays.※ For two-person rounds, you may be joined with another team, and exclusive play for two players cannot be guaranteed.※ If you use one cart per person, a single cart fee will apply, which must be paid on-site.※ The rates for this package are based on Korean customers. Customers of other nationalities are advised to contact customer service for inquiries.※ Due to the golf course’s operational policies and local circumstances, reserved tee times may change or start earlier or later without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations due to these changes are not allowed.※ If the reserved date is declared a public holiday (temporary or national) under local government policies, the initially confirmed rate may no longer apply, and additional payment at the increased rate may be required.
Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters
Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

How can I check available tee times for reservation?열기/닫기
If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?열기/닫기
If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
