    Product Introduction
    Shinan CC Golf Training Center, which has the longest hole in Korea with a wide fairway and a magnificent driving range with a driving distance of 300m, is the first in Korea to install a state-of-the-art batted ball analysis system in all batting seats, accurately analyzing the golfer`s trajectory, pitch quality, and distance, and providing regular golf training. You can experience the essence of the short game on the course-level PAR3 course.

    Cancellation of golf tee time 15 days before: Full refund available.

    Cancellation of golf tee time 8-14 days before: 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

    Cancellation of golf tee time 0-7 days before: No refund available.

    After booking, confirmation will be processed without a separate call for quick confirmation, and actual reservation will be made at the same time as the confirmation notice.

    If canceled due to local supplier circumstances, a full refund will be processed after notification.

    The cancellation and refund policy provided in the product will take priority.

    Business hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

    ※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
    ※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
    ※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ · Only 4-person team reservations are available.
    ※ · The reservation holder must visit the golf course. [Note]
    ※ 1. In case of bad weather, cancellation or refund will be made according to the golf course regulations on the day of the round. (Advance cancellation not possible based on forecast alone)
    ※ 2. In case of hole-by-hole settlement due to bad weather, on-site settlement will be made according to the `standard golf course price and golf course policy.`
    ※ 3. If a customer who has prepaid to AGL Co., Ltd. settles by hole, the customer may pay on-site using the customer`s card or other method, and AGL Co., Ltd. will cancel the customer`s prepayment amount within 7 days from the date of occurrence after confirming the hole-by-hole settlement.
    ※ · If there is a customer who is not a Korean on the passport, please inform us of their name and nationality via Naver Talk or Kakao Talk. → Additional fees may apply depending on nationality, and must be paid on site (if nationality is not confirmed, the round may not proceed smoothly.)
    ※ · Reservations for the same person are limited to 1 tee time per day, and duplicate reservations (for the same person) will be canceled.
    ※ · For 2 or more teams, please inquire in advance via Naver Talk or Kakao Talk.

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
