3rd Round Time Slot : Self-play round without a caddie (available on weekdays and weekends) (weekdays and weekends), it will be a self-play round without a caddie.

· Free cancellation available until D-11
· After D-10, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.
The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.
Business hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on weekends and public holidays.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.
Golf Course Essential Information
※ Only 4-person team reservations are allowed.※ The person making the reservation must play in the round.※ [Important Notes]※ In case of bad weather, cancellations or refunds will be processed according to the golf course＇s regulations on the day of the round (pre-cancellation is not allowed based on weather forecasts).※ In case of hole-by-hole settlement due to bad weather, the settlement will be based on the golf course’s standard rates and policies.※ If a customer who has prepaid to AGL Co., Ltd. settles on a hole-by-hole basis, the customer will pay on-site using their card or other methods, and AGL Co., Ltd. will cancel the prepayment amount within 7 days from the occurrence date after verifying the settlement details.※ If there are non-Korean nationals playing, please inform us of their name and nationality via Naver TalkTalk or KakaoTalk. Additional fees may apply depending on the nationality, which must be paid on-site. (Failure to verify nationality may cause delays during the round.)※ Each booking is limited to one tee time per day for the same person. Duplicate reservations under the same name will be canceled.※ If there are more than 2 teams, please inquire in advance via Naver TalkTalk or KakaoTalk.
Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters
Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

The amount displayed is per person, so you can check the amount by selecting the number of people you want when making a reservation.

How can I check available tee times for reservation?열기/닫기
If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?열기/닫기
If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
