Product Introduction
Tiger CC has transformed a quarry into a golf course that preserves the natural environment, aiming to embrace people and create new cultural experiences within. By adding an S1 par-3 service hole to the public 18-hole course, accessible to everyone, we will offer various events that provide golfers with a unique and enjoyable experience.

Non-included Services
Cart Fee: 100,000 KRW per team for 18 holes (110,000 KRW per team for the 3rd tee time)
Caddy Fee: 150,000 KRW per team for 18 holes
The 3rd tee time (after 3:00 PM) operates as a no-caddy self-service system. (Players must prepare their own water, towels, and balls.)
Change / Cancel / Refund· Cancellation 15 days or more before the golf tee time: Full refund
· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: Impose 50% of reservation amount as cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+9)/ Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.
Golf Course Essential Information
※ · As it is a exclusive price only for the members of golf course website membership, you must register as a member on the website by the day before the round. (Additional payment if not registered) ※ · Only 4-person team reservations are available. ※ · The reservation holder must visit the golf course. [Note]※ 1. In case of bad weather, cancellation or refund will be made according to the golf course regulations on the day of the round. (Advance cancellation not possible based on forecast alone)※ 2. In case of hole-by-hole settlement due to bad weather, on-site settlement will be made according to the `standard golf course price and golf course policy.`※ 3. If a customer who has prepaid to AGL Co., Ltd. settles by hole, the customer may pay on-site using the customer`s card or other method, and AGL Co., Ltd. will cancel the customer`s prepayment amount within 7 days from the date of occurrence after confirming the hole-by-hole settlement. ※ · If there is a customer who is not a Korean on the passport, please inform us of their name and nationality via Naver Talk or Kakao Talk. → Additional fees may apply depending on nationality, and must be paid on site (if nationality is not confirmed, the round may not proceed smoothly.) ※ · Reservations for the same person are limited to 1 tee time per day, and duplicate reservations (for the same person) will be canceled. ※ · For 2 or more teams, please inquire in advance via Naver Talk or Kakao Talk.
Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters
Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

The amount displayed is per person, so you can check the amount by selecting the number of people you want when making a reservation.

How can I check available tee times for reservation?열기/닫기
If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?열기/닫기
If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
