Non-included Services
· Cart fee: 100,000 KRW per team per 18 holes
· Caddy fee: 150,000 KRW per team per 18 holes (Round 1, 2 tee times) → 160,000 KRW per team for Round 3 Tee times → Junior House Caddy (110,000 KRW per team) / Intern Caddy (limited to Round 3 Tee times, 80,000 KRW per team)
Change / Cancel / Refund· Cancellation 15 days or more before the golf tee time: Full refund
· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: Impose 50% of reservation amount as cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+9)/ Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.
Golf Course Essential Information
※ To receive the website member rate, you must sign up as a website member by the day before your round. (Additional charges apply if not registered.)※ Reservations are only available for teams of four.※ The reservation holder must be present at check-in.※ [Important Notices]※ In case of adverse weather, cancellations or refunds will be processed according to the golf course’s policies on the day of the round. (Advance cancellation is not allowed based solely on forecasts.)※ If hole-by-hole billing is applied due to inclement weather, on-site payment will be processed based on the standard golf course rates and policies.※ If customers who prepaid through AGL Co., Ltd. require hole-by-hole billing, they must settle the amount on-site using their card or other payment methods. AGL Co., Ltd. will verify the billing details and cancel the prepaid amount within seven (7) days of the event.※ If any players are not South Korean nationals as per their passport, please provide their name and nationality via Naver TalkTalk or KakaoTalk in advance. Additional fees may apply based on nationality, and payment must be made on-site. (Failure to verify nationality may cause delays in the round.)※ Each reservation holder can only book one tee time per day. Duplicate bookings under the same name will be canceled.※ If booking for two or more teams, please contact us in advance via Naver TalkTalk or KakaoTalk.※ 🚧 Fairway Grass Replacement Work (March 21 – April 15, Lake Course)※ During this period, play may be assigned to a different course than originally booked.※ The schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters
Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

The amount displayed is per person, so you can check the amount by selecting the number of people you want when making a reservation.

How can I check available tee times for reservation?열기/닫기
If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?열기/닫기
If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
