Product Introduction
Evendale opened as a regular membership course in 2010, and was selected as one of the ‘Top 10 New Courses in Korea’ by Golf Magazine and ‘Top 10 New Courses in Korea’ by YTN, establishing itself as one of the most prestigious golf courses in Korea, both in name and reality. And in 2016, we switched to a public system to contribute to the popularization of golf and take it to the next level.

Non-included Services
· Cart Fee: 100,000 KRW per team for 18 holes
Limousine Cart: 200,000 KRW per team for 18 holes
· Caddy Fee: 150,000 KRW per team for 18 holes
Caddy assignments may vary depending on the tee time (e.g., regular caddy, marshal caddy, driving caddy). Please inquire before booking if you need confirmation.
Change / Cancel / Refund[2025.03.20 ~ 2030.12.31] Tee Time
· Free cancellation available until D-11
· After D-10, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.
The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

Important / Caution / Etiquette

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.
Golf Course Essential Information
※ · Reservations are only available for teams of 4. ※ · Reservation holder must visit the golf course. [Note]※ 1. In case of bad weather, cancellation or refund will be made according to the golf course regulations on the day of the round. (Early cancellation is not possible based solely on the forecast)※ 2. In case of hole-by-hole settlement due to bad weather, on-site settlement will be made according to the golf course standard price and golf course policy.※ 3. If a customer who has prepaid to AGL Co., Ltd. settles on a hole-by-hole basis, the customer can pay on-site using the customer`s card or other method, and AGL Co., Ltd. will cancel the customer`s prepaid amount within 7 days from the date of occurrence after confirming the hole-by-hole settlement. ※ · If there is a non-Korean customer in the passport, please inform us of their name and nationality through Naver Talk or Kakao Talk. → Additional fees may apply depending on nationality, and must be paid on-site (if nationality is not confirmed, the round may not go smoothly). ※ · Reservations for the same person are limited to 1 tee time per day, and duplicate reservations (for the same person) will be canceled. ※ · For 2 or more teams, please inquire in advance through Naver Talk or Kakao Talk.
Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters
Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

The amount displayed is per person, so you can check the amount by selecting the number of people you want when making a reservation.

How can I check available tee times for reservation?열기/닫기
If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?열기/닫기
If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
