    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ Bookings available only for teams of 4 individuals
    ※ This product is offered at a special rate, therefore cancellations are not permitted and refunds are subject to limited terms and conditions. Please review the refund policy.

    ※ 1. In case of inclement weather, cancellations or refunds will be processed according to the golf course regulations on the day of the round.
    ※ 2. If settlement is conducted on a hole-by-hole basis due to severe weather, on-site settlement will be based on the golf course＇s standard rates and policies.
    ※ 3. Customers who have prepaid to AGL Co., Ltd. and settle on a hole-by-hole basis should make on-site payments using their cards or other methods, and AGL Co., Ltd. will cancel the prepayment amount within 7 days from the date of occurrence after confirming the settlement details.

    ※ The restaurant opens at 7:00 AM, and is available for use from 8:00 AM onwards for tee-offs and thereafter.

    ※ If there are foreigners (passport nationality), including reservation holders (including domestic individuals), please inform us of the foreigner＇s name and nationality via Naver TalkTalk or KakaoTalk.
    ※ → Additional fees may apply depending on nationality, and payment must be made on-site (rounds may not proceed smoothly if foreign status is not confirmed)

    ※ Reservations by the same individual are limited to one tee time per day, and duplicate reservations (by the same individual) will be canceled.
    ※ For two or more teams, please inquire in advance via Naver TalkTalk or KakaoTalk.

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

      The amount displayed is per person, so you can check the amount by selecting the number of people you want when making a reservation.

    • How can I check available tee times for reservation?

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
