    ※ For customers who prepaid with AGL Co., Ltd. and need to settle per hole, payment must be made on-site via card or other methods. AGL Co., Ltd. will confirm the settlement details and cancel the prepayment amount within 7 days of occurrence.
    ※ If the reserver (including accompanying players) includes a foreign national (passport nationality), please inform Naver Talk Talk or Kakao Talk of the foreigner＇s name and nationality. → Additional charges may apply depending on nationality and must be paid on-site (smooth play may not be guaranteed if foreign nationality is not confirmed).

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
