    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.

    ※ · This golf course does not allow check-in with the AGL voucher sent at the time of initial booking. Check-in is only possible with the local voucher sent by email 3-7 days prior to the round date. Please note that if you do not present the voucher at check-in, you will need to repay the green fee on-site.
    ※ · If there is no available tee time, the tee time for that day is closed, but if you contact us through 1:1 chat, we will check for available tee times for additional booking.
    ※ · Peak season round capacity (October to March): The golf course will operate as follows during this period, according to the policy of the golf course. → From 6:30 AM to 1:00 PM: Rounds are available for groups of 3 or more. → Before 6:30 AM and after 1:00 PM: Rounds are available for groups of 2 or more.
    ※ · 2-player only play is not guaranteed, you may join other players.
    ※ · Cart Fee, Caddy Fee, Insurance must paid on the golf club.
    ※ · Due to the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, tee time may be delayed without prior notice, and refunds and cancellations are not possible.
    ※ Reservations for the following day can only be confirmed before 15:00.

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
