    Caddy Tip → In Thailand, caddy tips are separate from caddy fees. → The standard caddy tip is at least 400 THB for 18 holes, and it should be paid in cash directly to the caddy after the round.

    · Cancellation 15 days or more before the golf tee time: Full refund

    · Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: 50% cancellation fee

    · Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.

    · Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call

    · In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.

    · Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.

    · Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

    ※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
    ※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
    ※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
    ※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ If there are no available tee times, it means that the selected date is fully booked. However, if you contact us via 1:1 chat consultation, we will check for any additional available tee times and inform you accordingly.
    ※ If the number of players is less than 4, exclusive play is not guaranteed, and you may be grouped with other players on-site.
    ※ In Thailand, caddy tips are separate from caddy fees.
    ※ Due to golf course operational policies and local conditions, your reserved tee time may change, be moved earlier, or be delayed without prior notice. Cancellations or refunds will not be allowed due to these changes.

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

      The amount displayed is per person, so you can check the amount by selecting the number of people you want when making a reservation.

    • How can I check available tee times for reservation?

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
