Non-included Services
In Thailand, caddie tips are separate from the caddie fee. Caddie tips are typically at least 400 baht for 18 holes and should be paid in cash directly to the caddie after the round.
Change / Cancel / Refund[2025.04.01 ~ 2030.12.31]
· Free cancellation available until D-18
· After D-17, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.
The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.
Golf Course Essential Information
※ The golf course does not allow check-in with the AGL voucher sent at the time of initial booking. Check-in is only possible with the local voucher, which will be emailed 3–7 days before your round. Please note that if you fail to present this voucher at check-in, you will be required to pay the green fee again on-site.※ If there are no available tee times, it means that the tee times for the selected date are fully booked. However, you can inquire via 1:1 chat, and we will check and inform you of any additional available tee times.※ For groups with fewer than four players, exclusive play is not guaranteed, and you may be joined by other players on-site.※ Caddie tips are not included and must be paid locally.※ In Thailand, caddie tips are separate from the caddie fee.※ Due to the golf course＇s operating policies or local circumstances, reserved tee times may be changed, moved earlier, or delayed without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations will not be provided for such changes.
Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters
Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

- The course layouts, which were thoroughly designed based on maximum safety and risk-reward approach, provides challenging but fair play to both amateurs and professional golfers. Each hole has a unique design and requires different game plan to shoot for a par. Several elevated tee boxes, which are spread throughout the course, reserve panoramic views of the course and surrounding, and at the same time, provide more challenging plays. The course features rolling fairways and large challenging greens which are considered ones of the most challenging greens in the northern part of the kingdom of Thailand.

The amount displayed is per person, so you can check the amount by selecting the number of people you want when making a reservation.

How can I check available tee times for reservation?열기/닫기
If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?열기/닫기
If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
