    Product Introduction
    Located in the Tamsui District of New Taipei City, the Datun Golf Course is nestled at the base of Mount Datun, surrounded by lush greenery and scenic landscapes. Established in October 1974, it began welcoming guests in June 1980 and the full 18-hole course officially opened in 1987.

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • Datong Golf Course (大屯高爾夫球場), located in the Tamsui District of New Taipei City, is nestled at the foot of Datong Mountain, surrounded by clear green landscapes, mountains, and water. Established in October 1974 (Minguo Year 63), the golf course was opened to the public in June 1980 (Minguo Year 69) and officially inaugurated its full 18 holes in 1987 (Minguo Year 76). Datong Golf Course, located at the foot of Datong Mountain, is designed naturally following the original terrain. By preserving the existing rural landscape and forest topography, each hole is set quietly amidst the mountain valleys. With its green grass, terraced mountain ranges, distant blue skies and sea, well-manicured fairways and greens, and various beautiful flowers and trees, this place offers a familiar garden-like feel for golf fans in northern Taiwan. Designed by Chen Chin-shih (陳金獅), known as the father of Taiwanese golf, Datong Golf Course is not particularly long at 6,548 yards. However, its fairways are narrow and lined with trees, making it important to adopt a conservative strategy when playing. Particularly, as most of the OB (out of bounds) areas are arranged on the right side of the fairways, it is advisable to ensure you have enough golf balls if you tend to slice to the right.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
