    Golf has been played at Dooks since 1889, making this course one of the oldest golf links in Ireland. Its original name was Dooks & Caragh GC, and it joined the GUI in 1903.

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).
