· D-24: 30% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-17: 50% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· After D-4, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

Golf Course Essential Information

※ This product is available for reservation only in minimum team units (e.g., 4 people, 8 people).
※ If there are no tee times available, the reservation for that day is finalized. However, if you make an inquiry via 1:1 chat, we will check and inform you about available times that can be booked additionally.
※ This product includes visits to two tourist attractions and shopping centers (Dalat Noni, Coffee Shop).
※ Depending on local government policy, the booked date may be designated as a public holiday (temporary or national). In this case, it may be difficult to apply the existing fee even after confirming the reservation and you will be required to pay a fee. additional fee to the increased fee.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).
