Day 1: Arrive in Nagoya / Meet the driver and transfer to the hotel / 18-hole round (play until sunset) / Hotel check-in and enjoy the hot spring (dinner provided)

Day 2: Hotel breakfast / Transfer to the golf course / 18-hole round at one of Ichishi Onsen Course, Ise Odori, or Meisho Golf Club / Return to the hotel / Dinner and free time

Day 3: Hotel breakfast / Check out / 18-hole round at Ichishi Onsen Golf Course / Transfer to the airport / Depart from Chubu Centrair International Airport

· Free cancellation available until D-24

· D-23: 50% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· D-9: 70% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

· After D-4, 100% of the payment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the reservation is canceled due to the circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.

The cancellation and refund policies provided in the product will take precedence.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

Golf Course Essential Information

※ This package is confirmed only after the golf course is contacted and the reservation is finalized. Please take this into account when planning your travel and itinerary.
※ Golf courses cannot be pre-designated, and changes to a different golf course are not allowed once confirmed.
※ This package requires a minimum of 4 people to book.
※ If there are no available tee times, it means the times for that date are fully booked. However, if you contact us through 1:1 chat support, we can check for any additional available tee times and assist you.
※ Due to the golf course＇s operational policies and local circumstances, reserved tee times may change without prior notice, and rounds may be moved earlier or later. Refunds or cancellations are not available for such changes.
※ On the first day, the golf team can be transported from the airport to the golf course with a dedicated vehicle.
※ After the round, you are responsible for organizing your golf clubs and unloading them from the vehicle.
※ If a round cannot be played due to bad weather, such as rain, compensation or a refund will be processed based on the golf course＇s policy only if there is an official closure announcement. (Non-play due to personal judgment or preemptive cancellation based on the weather forecast is excluded.)
※ Tee times and golf courses may change due to closures or other circumstances at the golf course.
※ As this is a package deal, no refunds will be given for unused meals, accommodations, or rounds.
※ Please exercise caution when moving during your free time, as the company is not responsible for any accidents that may occur.
※ Upon arrival at the Ichishi Onsen Golf Hotel on the first day, a user guide in Korean will be provided at the counter.
※ On the last day, you must check out before your round and store your belongings in a locker using a key provided.
※ On the final day, you will take a high-speed ferry to Nagoya Airport.
※ If you wish to go into the city, you can request a taxi at the counter.
※ Recently, there have been cases of entry denial due to damaged passports (e.g., marks, stamps, or missing pages on the photo or visa pages). Damaged passports may also result in being denied boarding, so please check your passport for any damage before departure.

Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).
